Each capsule of omega-3 Puritan's Pride's Fish Oil contains 1200 mg of fish oil that provides 600 mg of concentrated omega-3 fatty acids DHA, EPA and other fatty acids.

The soft capsules help to quickly release omega-3s in the body.

How to use

adults: One capsule, 2-3 times a day. Better with the meal.
