The original formula "An-Lycobacter" was upgraded to "Anelico" which contains in addition to a whole plant also concentrated extracts. The new formula is very fortified and therefore a sufficiently reduced dose.

User manual:

2 capsules in the morning and one capsule in the evening with a glass of water.
