Green Tea
Green tea undergoes minimal oxidation in its processing process and thus preserves its active, important components, called flavonoids, that give the plant its unique color. The important flavonoid in green tea is called EGCG - it is a powerful antioxidant, and many of the medicinal properties of green tea are attributed to it.
Directions for use: One capsule, 1-3 times a day, about half an hour before meals.
Store in a cool, dry place.
