Puritan's Pride's formula contains L-carnitine, the active biological form of carnitine.

Puritan's Pride's formula provides l-carnitine in its free form for optimum absorption and assimilation.

Does not contain:

artificial flavors and sweeteners, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish.

How to use

adults: 1 caplet, 4 times a day. Better with the meal.

Warnings:

Pregnant women, nursing mothers, people undergoing medical or surgical procedures, and people taking prescription drugs, including anticoagulant (blood thinners), should consult your physician before use. In case of unwanted side effects, discontinue use and contact your doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Should be kept at room temperature (25 degrees).
