A recipe for Brownies cookies with Calamadin especially for Passover:
Ingredients:
2 cups dumara sugar
100 g butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup quality cocoa
A cup of fine matzo flour for the cake
1/2 cup of potato flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
5 tablespoons calamadine
teaspoon of vanilla extract
100 g walnuts / broken hazelnuts

preparation method:
Grease and flour the baking pan.
