The highlighters are manufactured with innovative Liquid Baked technology which incorporates special ovens in which the blushes start as a liquid, and after rapid baking at a particularly high heat they become solids.
The rapid heat stroke preserves the original pigments, so that they are not damaged and "lost" as is often the case with shimmers baked in prolonged baking.
