Puritan's Pride's 100 mg purified oil capsules contain 190 mg of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and 350 mg of LA (linoleic acid).
Contains: food colors, flavorings and artificial sweeteners, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish, sodium.
Adults:
1-3 capsules a day, preferably with meals.
