Puritan's Pride's Omega 3-6-9 contains a mixture of essential fatty acids, including flaxseed oil and Ester-Omega® oil to help maximize absorption.
The formula contains flaxseed oil rich in oil-soluble vitamins that act as major antioxidants like vitamin E and minerals. Flaxseed oil has been found in traditional medicine for hundreds of years and even Maimonides used his unique qualities to improve skin and treat wounds.
