Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) is a powerful antioxidant fatty acid that works with the natural antioxidants produced by the body. Due to its unique lipophilic structure, it neutralizes oxidative damage in an oily environment and in a watery environment, and can cross cell membranes and act to prevent oxidation processes in a wide variety of conditions, both inside and outside the cell. Each capsule contains an increased dose of 600 mg alpha lipoic acid.

How to use
adults: One capsule, 1-2 times a day. Better with the meal.
