The premium formula comes in coated tablets. Each tablet contains 500 mg of glucosamine, the recommended dose is 3 tablets per day (1500mg total glucosamine).

How to use
adults: 3 tablets a day, preferably with the meal.

In case of unwanted side effects, discontinue use and contact your doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Should be kept at room temperature (25 degrees).
