Very fast shipping and delivery in usual time (50 days). The box was damaged when arriving but the thermometer works well. The batteries are not delivered but they are AAA, very easy to find. Very easy to use (clear instructions), 4 functions (adult, child, ear and object). I think it's not super reliable but it's green when the temperature is normal and orange/red when there is fever. Tip that removes for the ears. Small case for storage. I am generally satisfied with my purchase.
