how to use
Before applying W&D as make-up, it is recommended to use silicone primer gel. For a matte look, it is recommended to use a silicone inflatable swab in a wet (moist) or dry condition as needed, and as a powder, it is recommended to apply over the makeup directly on the face using the powder brush # 28 Ergonomic series Mikaella.
