Mega Gloplex 210 caplets. 

Instructions: 
Take 3 tablets every day, one with each meal. You can take 2 tablets in the morning and one in the evening. 
In most cases relief will be felt two to six months after the start of use. OARSSI, the World Association of Osteoarthritis, recommends that you continue to take Mega Gluflex components for six months at the recommended dosage (3 tablets per day). If there is no relief after this period, consult your doctor.
